The playbook book
A portrait book on the shelf under “Your playbook”. Tap the cover — opens the full-page book at /brain/book. Live confirmed fields. Read-only. Branding (sound + look) is a chapter inside this book — that is the style guide she reads. Chapter rows under it stay the edit doors. The second book on the same shelf is reserved for Our read.

Our read
A different document. Our words: what the business is, what stands out, what changed, what we still can’t see. Assistants never read it. The index already holds its book on the shelf. The designed interior lands when the four-block write-path exists. Today the cover still opens the current report.

Sound / look
The (sound) and (look) links on the Branding row open edit sheets — generate, refine, correct hexes. Editorial chrome on an editor slows the work. She reads the designed brand guide in the book (chapter 06). She edits it here.

Color schemes — MystFlo-legal onlyBlack & white luxury. No coral, mint, or orange chrome. Color in the book is either MystFlo ink/paper, or her Look swatches. Pick a cover temperature — the chapter grammar stays the same.
Playbook §3: pure black, pure white, white-alpha surfaces. Status color stays off this document. The first mockup used bone paper (warm cream). These five stay inside the same editorial system and only change the cover field.

F · Her look · tenant color only
Cover tinted by her palette
Cover ground is her lightest Look swatch; ink is her charcoal. MystFlo chrome stays black/white. Empty Look falls back to Stark. The book becomes her style guide the moment it opens.
Not drawn, on purpose: coral / slate / mint kit colors, orange chapter numbers, sage-as-MystFlo-accent. Those are other brands. Status emerald/amber never paints a playbook chapter.
The combination — Stark + glass + her LookEdgy editorial document in MystFlo black/white. The moment the chapter is about her brand (voice, type, colour), the page becomes her style guide. Maintainable: three MystFlo tokens + the hexes already on brand_style_card.
Stark cover
Pure white invert, inset with a glass hairline. The Cosmo slap. On-token. Empty day-one uses this even if she has no Look yet.
Ink chapters + glass objects
About, sell, FAQs, private stay black. Offerings sit on a 4% glass frame — craft, not a colored card. Ghost numerals. No tenant color here.
Branding is her insert
Chapter 06 (sound, look, type, colour) flips to her lightest swatch + her charcoal. Fallback: if Look is empty, this chapter stays ink like the rest.
The long book below is now this combo — not bone paper. Bone and silver stay as rejected paper temperatures.
1 · Today’s door (kept for comparison)The white button under the title — what ships now. Preview-first is drawn in §5.

Your business
Uglywoo Retreats runs multi-day yoga and creative retreats for small groups. Slow weeks, not a party.
The weeks are hosted in two houses we return to — one above Ubud, one on the Lisbon coast. Guests arrive on a Sunday and leave the following Saturday. We cook, we sit, we do not fill the calendar. Most people come alone. Most people come back. The work is presence, not a program: two yoga sessions if you want them, one long table every night, and the rest of the day left empty on purpose.

Is there still space?
Depends on the cohort — I check and answer straight.
Do you take deposits?
Yes — 30% holds the seat. Balance due 14 days before arrival. Deposits are non-refundable inside 14 days; they can move to another date once.
What’s included?
Room, food, sessions, airport pickup. Flights are yours.
Can I come alone?
Most people do. The table is built for that.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 45 days out. After that, credit toward another week within a year.
Do you pick up from the airport?
Yes — DPS or LIS, on the arrival Sunday. One van, one time.
Is it suitable if I’ve never done yoga?
Yes. The sessions are optional and paced for people who have not been on a mat in years.
Can I bring my partner for part of the week?
No — the week is one group, one arrival, one leaving. A couples week exists if you both want the whole thing.
